Change uploader name file

Hello,

J'ai ajouté un fichier du serveur dans le manager. Il m'a été attribué automatiquement. Y a t-il possibilité de l'attribuer à un autre utilisateur pour qu'il puisse l'utiliser via un champ fichier ?

I add file from serveur in the manager file. But now how change uploader name for the file.
I want to give the rights to use the file to someone else.
