Bonjour,

I apparently a problem somewhere.
When installing flexicontent, I have not alert on phpThumb.
The directory /components/com_flexicontent/librairies/phpthumb/cache/ is in chmod 775.
But if i put a picture , I've:
[img

In general, what chmod for phpthumb?

Merci,

Eric

Hello

-- first check if this is permission problem OR WRONG PATH problem, read our FAQ:
I get "error messages disabled" during phpThumb thumbnail creation

-- about permissions read our FAQ:
Do i have to set permissions on phpThumb cache directory?

Folder permission of phpThumb should be:
755 (user-group-owner)

user: Read + Write + ChangeFolder
group: Read + ChangeFolder
owner: Read + ChangeFolder

1. your (apache) web server should be using suexec mode

2. Check that
- your Joomla/FLEXIcontent PHP files
- the phpTHumb cache folder
have THE SAME OWNER

Reference: (google it for more)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SuEXEC

you may try deleting the folder so that it gets recreated

Hello

after you delete it then also create it (the subfolders will be created automatically by phpThumb)

- but the above will not solve your ownership problem if you have, make sure your server supports suexec or change web-hosting or contact your web-host provider

-- Otherwise you will have problems with any extensions that creates subfolders e.g. phpThumb

ALSO after you enable the error reporting in phpThumb post it here, the problem may not be permission/ownership, it can a bad path (aka wrong configuration)
