Limiter le nombre de soumission d'item par auteurs

Bonjour,

Je souhaiterais savoir si il existe un moyen de limiter le nombre de soumission des items par auteurs pour une catégorie donnée. Le principe étant de supprimer les droits d'ajout et la visibilité du lien permettant l'ajout d'un nouvel item une fois le nombre d'items autorisés atteint.

for such limitations, we recommend using approval,
-- user submit but cannot publish (they do not have publish privilege in the categories in which you want to limit creation)
-- thus your administrator reviews and approves or deletes the newly submitted content

Such a feature is possible to implement but the way to do it is not place a parameter in category parameters (because we would have to check parameters of ALL categories !!)

Is that important in your site ?

Have you found some other content management component that has this limitation per category instead of Global one ?

This option is important for us.

Zoo component permit it for example. But it hasn't got all your interesting content management option.

Likewise, we are going to try obtaining this with an implementation from RSForm!Pro component but we are not sure it is the best solution for the moment. We prefer use all capacities from your component before use a 3rd party workaround.

For more information, we need to create an item for the author with several personal information. This item must be unique into a specific category.
The objective is to attach several other author items from another category with this specific item. We are going to use your Universal Content Module to do that.

FLEXIcontent (lately) has done a lot of work to target subscription based sites

Lately:
- built-in multiple featured categories based on permissions
- content list markups, to add marking to your content (special access, no access, etc, featured category marking, time period markings, ... more coming)
- per author limitations
(NOTE:
PER usergroup limitations are almost done , (like author limitation) and will be available soon)

-- Just this particular feature for per category limitation instead of Global is not yet implemented, and i can understand the usefulness of it

- it will be added per Content Type (limit per Content type) and maybe it will be added per content+per category

unfortunately sometimes , no single component has all needed features ...
