I explain

I have a menu item called "categorie" and a other one called "categoriefiltering" (created after the first one).

If i go on the page with the first menuitem, the url is : /categorie.
Nice

If i click on a item in this page, the url become : /categoriefiltering/myitem.

And it is wrong.
It seems to use the latest menuitem created for the item view.

Hello,

your description is not giving enough information , i can only guess what these menu items are ...

juansolos wrote: I have a menu item called "categorie" and a other one called "categoriefiltering" (created after the first one).

-- 1. What is the EXACT type of these the menu item ?
it is "FLEXIcontent category" for both ??
-- 2. They point where? both point to the same category ??

If i go on the page with the first menuitem, the url is : /categorie.
Nice

If i click on a item in this page, the url become : /categoriefiltering/myitem.

- if "categoriefiltering" is menu item pointing to same category as "categorie", then please note that when multiple category menu items exist pointing to same category, then any random of the will be selected

And it is wrong.
It seems to use the latest menuitem created for the item view.

-- 1. So second menu item is of type "FLEXIcontent single item" ??
-- 2. It points to which item ?

Thanks,
1-twice are type category

2-yes the same category but the second menuitem ("categoriefiltering") is a category menuitem using persistant filter.

- if "categoriefiltering" is menu item pointing to same category as "categorie", then please note that when multiple category menu items exist pointing to same category, then any random of the will be selected

it is not fine for me. I use some filtering menuitem with spécific joomla template.

So i need really that the itemview use the menuitem url.

Hello,

so you say not to include category menu items with initial filtering
when searching an appropriate menu item for item URLs ?

-- we do this when selecting menu item for category URLs, we do not use menu items with initial filtering

- it is not difficult to do for items, since this code already exists to do exactly this, but maybe it will add a little overhead to URL creation ... (in most case of category listing it will milliseconds)

but there are scenarios in which this could be more
e.g.
you have 200 category menu items, and you list 200 items each belonging to a different category (multi-category view or search view)

Hello,
sorry i dont anderstand your answer.

I would like itemview use the menuitem url.

If i am in the categorie view with no filters (category menuitem without filter), i need that the url use this menuitem for the item view :
/category/myitem

If i am in the categorie view with filters (category menuitem with intial filter), i need that the url use this menuitem for the item view :
/categoryfiltering/myitem

Hello,

you can test with this file:
[attachment=0:2w9hzlje]<!-- ia0 -->route.zip<!-- ia0 -->[/attachment:2w9hzlje]

Extract and replace file:
components/com_flexicontent/helpers/route.php
