Hello,
(for J1.5 it is viewable for people that can edit it but there is a performance is issue for this in J2.5)

So in J2.5 it is displayed in category view when:
-- 1. user group has ACL "Ignore view state"
OR
-- 2. current frontend user own the item

Is either of the above the case?

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
-- Add your voice to the FLEXIcontent JED listing with a 5-star...

user group has "ignore view state" disable :

Items (Frontend Content Lists): ignore view state Not Allowed

But, of course, current user is the one which manage category. So 2nd rule is applied.

And if I check with my user, which is super admin, ignore view state is activated, so 1st rule is applied.

seeing item whatever the status is logeical in both cases then.

I'll try to create another group with access to confirm it.

thx for your explanation !
