Yes in r1648,
the module has the fix already

So maybe the error is not due to flexifilter module but because of other module

-- If you disable flexiflter module and clear Joomla cache then does this warning disappear?

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

-- Disabling the flexicontent filter module does it make the error dissapear?

-- Are you sure that you have r1468 ? , it was released short after r1465 and r1467

-- Make sure that you do not have a Joomla template override for FLEXIcontent filter module , just check if this folder exists
myjoomlatemplate/html/mod_flexifilter/

- Yes, when I disable the flexicontent module, there is no the warning (I don't understand why do you call it a warning, it's only a sentence in the category choice ...)

- I am sure : I have the RC9 r1648 with Joomla 2.5.9

- No, there is no template override

notices, warning, errors (=fatal)

Above you say flexicontent module , we are still talking about FC filtering module right? (just making sure)

NOTE to be able to fix this i must be able to reproduce it locally or examine it in some other way, otherwise it is not possible to fix.

You can send me a PM with admin login and also frontend link that shows the PHP warnings

Regards
