ken do you have an idea of plugin to display code in tuto and site ... actualy it's a nightmare ...
if you have a solution i can correct it and update all tuto

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Georgios and I have been discussing this very issue the last two days.
Actually the whole issue of using standard styles in the documentation.
We are considering a couple plug-ins:
  • XTypo
  • IceShortCodes
Or creating our own plug-in with the best features of both.

XTypo sells an editor button that enables you to just highlight the text
and apply a style from their free XTypo Content Plug-in.
Much easier than manually adding styles to text.

I thought I had the old XTypo Editor Button for J1.5 and they we could just update that,
but I do not have it.

So we are aware of the issue and looking for a good long-term solution.
Georgios made the point that by using a plug-in and not use styles that come with a template, we avoid having all the styling disappear when changing templates.
Like what happened now with the move from J1.5 to J2.5.
