After quite a bit of testing I have determined that FLEXIaccess is not working properly.
As an Administrator you should be able to see almost all of FLEXIcontent, and a number of other components, and other Joomla functions.
All that seems to be missing.
I set-up another Administrator user for testing.
All I can see in the FLEXIcontent dashboard is:
- Home
- Items
- Help
I have checked and double-checked the settings in FLEXIaccess.
You are in the FLEXIaccess Admin group (as is my test user).
All the functions are enabled.
You should be able to see and modify the categories.
You should be able to see and modify almost everything in FLEXIcontent.
Made sure that FLEXIaccess was latest v1.0.5a (re-installed).
Tried FLEXIcontent v1.5.5 and 1.5.6 preRC - no change.
If I disable the FLEXIaccess system plug-in,
all of FLEXIcontent appears, but it breaks other stuff in the front-end.
This needs to be working properly if we are going to have multiple people working on website content.
And it would be nice if it works properly for the people paying for it.
(perhaps we should remove the download)
We cannot just disable FLEXIaccess without making other changes, and
we cannot just make everyone a Super Administrator.
So I think we will have to wait until George or someone can take a look at it and find the problem.
