strange appearance

I would just like to check whether my display is correct or there is a problem.

Also I am getting a message like this:

Due to the duplicate vote information?

The "duplicate vote" display is probably because the Joomla core Content - Rating plug-in is also enabled.
Go to the Joomla Plugin Manager and disable the Content - Rating plug-in.

The appearance of the fields displayed depends on the the template zone used and the CSS styling of that zone.
Make sure you have your fields in the right zone.
In the Default template, the correct upper zone which looks like that is the top zone.

Brilliant, that's got rid of the double entry and error messages, I'm still working on trying to sort out the nice boxed layout.

Well this is all very strange, I had my pages set to the blog layout when they looked wrong. I have swapped to the default layout and it has displayed like yours in a box with the lines however I notice this works even when I don't display any fields, maybe this is due to the fact I'm using Gantry.
