get lot of warnings - and flexi access does not seem to work

Hi, I am unable to edit from front end - even after setting permissions - In the back end- i get warnings -

Hi,
At the moment you cannot EDIT IN FRONTEND. It will be available in FLEXIcontent 1.5.4 release.
The only thing you can do in frontend is SUBMIT new Articles (No custom fields).
Full submission with custom will be available in the upcoming 1.5.3 (fast finished, you can have a look at the SVN)
If you try editing from the com_content it's fully normal that you get plenty of warning an errors

Concerning your warnings from backend, are you sure you created at least ONE group, logout and login again?

we reread your instructions, there was a new version of flexicontent which needed to be installed, once this was done, it worked fine.
