category loads all fields

hello,
i am working on my second project with flexicontent and i noticed a problem:
for this project an item needs different textareas-fields (some of them with activated plugins).
now, on the item-page the performance is not a problem, but on the category page (with 6 items) it is: it loads all fields (and plugins), even though the textareas fields are not needed in the category template.
this leads to 176 sql queries and a reaction time from more then 4 seconds.
joomla cache is not an option eather because prices can be calculated, and here cache leads to conflicts.

so, is it possible to reduce the sql queries, just by loading only the fields needed in the category?
