empty frame with name (title) "Etiqueta"

I have created a form for submit articles in the frontend.
When I access this form appears a empty frame with title Tags ("Etiquetas" in my system, my sistem are in spanish).
I would like to eliminate it.
In the category template I don't see this field.

I WHOTE THIS POST ONE WEEK AGO.
PLEASE, I NEED AN ANSWER

but after update this modification is reased
