Can't Authorise Joomlapack/Akeeba

Hi

I have authorised a group of users in Flexi Access to use Joomlapack/Akeeba, by going into "Backend & Specific", selecting the user group and under "Components" clicking the red circle beside Joomlapack until it becomes a green tick.

However, when I log in as one of these users and try to select Joomlapack/Akeeba, I get the error message "You are not authorised to view this resource".

Can you suggest anything? I can give you access to the site if required.

Thanks

Murray

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
