Flexiaccess - Groups not showing in backend was created by Brat

Hello. I just bought Flexiaccess and am trying to figure it out. Sadly, it is not working. Groups created do not show in my Groups list. Also, I am showing the following errors in my log:

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

I have the same problem. Creating a new, collective, group in the backend results in the message "group saved successfully!" and the display of a completely empty group list.
This topic appears in "Board index / FLEXIaccess community support forum / Troubleshooting" which looks like the appropriate area to me.
