Can't get FlexiAccess to work

Hello,

I might be being really stupid but I can't get FlexiAccess to work.

I've set up a group and assigned a user to that group (that user has Administrator privileges in Joomla), then gone into Backend & Specific Permissions in FlexiAccess and enabled all things in the FlexiContent Global Permissions section.

However, when I log in as the new user via the Admistrator log in it appears that user is not authorized to even view any FlexiContent categories, items or anything.

Please can someone help? I've probably missed something really obvious, so apologies if I seem dumb.

could post some screenshot about your flexiaccess configuration ? (group user and backend)

Here's my Group user assign:

Global congiguration:
[attachment=1:13e36csl]<!-- ia1 -->globalConfig.jpg<!-- ia1 -->[/attachment:13e36csl]

And Backend permissions:
[attachment=0:13e36csl]<!-- ia0 -->backendpermissions.jpg<!-- ia0 -->[/attachment:13e36csl]

Could you tell me which version of FLEXIaccess and FLEXIcontent you are using?
