restrict acces to certain categories in backend

Ok, i started using this component yesterday so please excuse me if i'm asking something obvious

Before Flexiaccess i used JACL Plus. This component (JACL) allow me to restrict acces to backend content for certain groups. For example, SAles Editors can only see Sales categories and can add articles only here.

I try to achieve same result with Flexicontent, but so far i can't do that...

Please direct me to a documentation or if you could give me an idea how to do that..

but you select the backend option in flexiaccess at first

well, then it doesn't work for me, Sales Editors can see all categories (yes, this option is enabled but if i disable it, this group cannot see any categories)
