Item Form - add new item, required element is not enforced

In backend form, a field is required. It shows 'Required' when click 'Apply', and the item won't be saved.

In frontend form, that field just show 'Required' when I unfocus the field. And after click 'Apply', the item is saved, without filling that field.

I confirmed I enable all 'Browser Frameworks / Libraries ' options in 'Advance' page. Did I missed anything or it's a bug?

you have a JS error in your frontend form
because of it excecution of validation JS is aborted

the JS error is probably in JS code of some 3rd party extension

hello

open the JS console in your browser by clicking F12
then go to JS console TAB

and then click F5 / CTRL-F5 (or similar for apple devices) to refresh the page

check the JS console for errors

Unfortunately, no error shown.
I tried a clean joomla+flexicontent, and there is no problem.
So I'm trying to disable some 3rd party component/module/plugin and see which one effect it.

I'll reply when I find it.

also include an item ID to use for editing

add at the end of the item form url:

&tmpl=component

-- and the page will open the component only area without the modules
you will see that now it is working

the problem is with some JS file loaded by some module
