Am trying to count some of the features that excel
Flexicontent for now:

- Flexicontent Versioning system which is Not included within K2, JseBold-CKK..
- Flexible Templating system better and easier than K2,JseBold-CKK, M.tree, ME resources..
- Joomla native & 3rd parties integration of plug-ins/module better than K2, M.tree, ME resources..
- multi-mapping which not found with K2.
- and much more..

2- Just to make the FlecxContent superior, one thing is missing (am sure you are working on now..) that is the front end-editing system. Hope to see it soon

The three mandatory features that are still missing are the following :
- frontend submission (planed for RC - january)
- fields alias (planed for RC - january)
- multi-criteria search engine (planed for stable - february)

The upcoming missing features are
- fields multi-ordering (beta5 - 15 december or earlier)
- wysiwyg templating (beta5 - 15 december or earlier)

Why there isn't already the frontend submission? Because it's similar as building a house. Before adding the nice bow-window you need to have SOLID foundations. Many developers adds the sexy layer before being sure the foundations are solid, I don't!!! I've no time pressure and I want this product to be perfect.
I've already built custom frontend submission forms and advanced search engines for my clients, but building that generic is something else. I need to discuss that with Aka and Rafael to avoid missing anything.

The need of the front-end editing is must for this flexible project. I myself advice to take your time. We all will keep waiting as what we see is well planned and good job offered by you and your team.
