Message/visible change on successful insertion of file

I have a tiny request that I believe would improve usability.

I have a custom field of the type "Flexicontent - File".

In my content item I then click "add file" to add a file to that item. This opens up the file manager/browser. Then I click the filename to add it, but I get no message that the file was added.

Result: I clicked 5 times before giving up. When coming back to the content item I realize I had added the file 5 times

A small message telling me that the file was added would be nice, since the filemanager window covers all of my screen which makes it impossible to see what files I have actually added. Either that, or the file's row in the filemanager could be coloured in a different colour or something.
