[ADDED] Related items allow manual sorting and display

we have discussed this before. A manual ordering function for related items would be great!

before add this,
we will need to make the items selector orderable,

- added a sortable options for the "select2" JS
- also a new order option to our ordering selectors:
"Manual order (as sorted in edit form)"

Now testing it
- also this option can be added to the "multi-select field"
- then for checkbox / checkboximage it should be enough to just make their container sortable,

the beforesave method of the fields always tries to keep the form posted order
