Hello,

I want to make different looking(applying different color by css) for each menu.

Item List View:
From
Code:
<div class="content">
To
Code:
<div class="content" id="CustomId">

Item View:
From
Code:
<div id="flexicontent" class="flexicontent items item21 type9">
To
Code:
<div id="flexicontent" class="flexicontent items item21 type9"> <div id="CustomId">

Maybe the best approach would be setting class/id name in category(backend) and have an option for inheritance to allow us to set only Root category and all child will be applied.

Kind Regards,
Brandon

I am not sure that i understand your suggestion , what about adding the currently active menu ID as a class name ?

e.g.
Code:
<div id="flexicontent" class="flexicontent items item21 type9">
will become:
Code:
<div id="flexicontent" class="flexicontent items item21 type9 menuitem524">

The menu item id is unique
but it is unique among Joomla Item ids , is that what you need / suggest?

This is simple to add (with an if statement that will make sure that we break nothing)

Can you also add menu itemid in directory view?
From
<div id="flexicontent" class="flexicontent directory rootcat1">
To
<div id="flexicontent" class="flexicontent directory rootcat1 menuitem524">

I am using 4 directory view menu and one is only display images.
I also want to apply accordion by CSS for rest menus.
