After Joomla 4 upgrade QuickIcons throwing Error

Joomla\Plugin\Quickicon\OverrideCheck\Extension\OverrideCheck::onGetIcons(): Argument #1 ($event) must be of type Joomla\Module\Quickicon\Administrator\Event\QuickIconsEvent, Joomla\Event\Event given, called in /../../../../../../libraries/vendor/joomla/event/src/Dispatcher.php on line 486

Only quickicon module installed and published.

When I go to edit the admin module I get:
An error has occurred.

    0 Cannot access offset of type string on string

Can provide super user access if needed.

go to folder
plugins/quickicon/

and rename every folder of the one that is giving you trouble
e.g. just add an underscore _ at the end of the folder name

If you don't know which one it is just rename it one by one
till you find the one giving the error

Then remove underscore that you added to every folder name except the one that is giving the error


Also you can enable Joomla debug to see which plugin is giving the error
