Applies to: Flexicontent 1.5.6 Beta 1 R905

I just downloaded and am testing it. For me, this is an upgrade from a prior 1.5.5 release.

The problem happens when I navigate to a category through my Directory menu link. I consistently get the following error:

500 - Layout "category" not found

I cleared cache, etc., and had no errors during upgrading. Could someone please investigate this for me? I cannot continue my project with a 500 error.

Thanks!

I see, this is because of the new code for the author layout for the category view.

I think it will be easy to reproduce this error and fix. Thanks for reporting, soon there will be a newer beta

The version v1.5.6beta1 HAS MANY BUGFIXES
but we are calling this beta

1. because of many new features,
2. because of some behavior changes people might get different results than what they expect
3. compatibility with a couple of flexicontent items displaying modules (e.g. the excellent Aidanews module, i use this myself but it needs to be updated, i will contact author ... and send him changes ...)

Regards

Can you test without SEF, and provide a link to it?
