Faq template problem

I work in a new website, and i use the faq template, but i found a problem between the template and the file field (download file).
When i put the field in template, i reload the page, and that page apears clean (white page).

If you need, i put in attach the screenshot.

It sounds like an PHP error occurs in the template or in the file field, try enabling joomla error reporting parameter to see if the error appears.

Open the image in 100%. The field config is the last.

1. If you use other template you don't get white page?

2. can you temporarily enable joomla error reporting to see if an error is printed

3. also is the page 100% "white", i mean if you do "view page source" to you see any html or any text

4. can you post a link to the white page
