is it possible to create a field for visitors into an article?

I would like to create a (text) field that will appear in front end for visitor to insert their names...

can flexicontent handle that?

and a visitor will be able to submit the flexicontent new item form to create a new content item ?

an author A publishes an item filling the fields inside the form...
After publishing, everything is published exept one field (at the bottom tab) asking the visitor to put his name (like a newsletter)

i wanted my visitors to able to leave their name via a text field to take profit of a promotion (inside an item) so that author A can have a list of names
