Fresh install 'Call user func' warning on dashboard

I am getting the warning
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in C:\wamp\www\joomla_install\libraries\joomla\cache\handler\callback.php on line 99

I am using a fresh install of Joomla 1.5.20.
Fresh install of Flexicontent 1.5.3c(r354)
I have nothing else installed.

Running on a Wamp server on win xp.
php 5.3.0 (have also tried on 5.3.1)

Any ideas what might be causing it?

Thanks for the links.

I was aware of this issue and its why I posted my Joomla version 1.5.20 as Joomla became 5.3 compatible from version 1.5.15 onwards at least thats what my research found out.
