Can't select category from front-end submit form

Hello everybody,

Did anyone have this problem? I can't pick any category for the new item, when I use fron-end submiting form.

Whats more I have delted 4 sub-categories and now my field where I should be able to pick up category looks like this: Windows,,,Linux,Mac OS X,W chmurze

Any one got some clues ?
