New content email notification issue

Hello!
I have several superusers on my website.
Every time new content is added or existing content is updated, all superusers receive emails like:
[site.com] - New content submitted by
[site.com] - Existing content updated.
How to exclude superusers other than me from these emails?

dont use "user groups" and use your id in new content notification

I removed User groups and added my user ID.
Now, after editing item no any notifications at all.

Can you test with user name ?

Not working with IDs and usernames.
Also, Extra custom text not working too.
Only user groups working.

strange, what is your flexi and joomla version ?
you can create a new group like admin notification,
put your user inside and set this group for notification
