I am at the point to stop testing flexicontent. It seems all waste of time. I did 4 new installs in Joomla4 install in a brand new native Joomla4 with 20 joomla articles in 4 joomla catagories and every time after I close the backend of my testsite and then open the backend again flexicontent wants me to hit the button "Update temporary item data". I can repeat that as often as I want with no result. I only used the flexicontent interface. In the last attempt. Before opening flexicontent I looked at the main dashboard and did a global checkin. That told me that the menu-items table was checked in.

basckly you just need to deconnect and reconnect and that it (cache problem)
1 can you test to login in incognito mode ?
2 can you check in menu that a flexicontent hidden menu was created ?
did you have a like to this site, that i can check ?

I tried again in a new J4 install with Ackeeba backup and a number of migrated joomla articles and categories.
What did I do:
1. Install flexicontent followed the steps to finalize te install.
2. I did bind the Joomla articles to f;exicontwnt items
3. I changed the Item view for articles
4. I changed homepage "landingspagina" from joomla article into flexicontent item.
5. Opened frontend and it looks as expected.
6. Logged out in backend. and closed firefox browser.
7. Opened Firefox browser and logged in in backend
8. Opened flexicontent dashboard.Them I was asked to Update temporary item data
9. I did 3 times
10. I closed flexicontent and cleared cache
Before clearing: (no changes after clearing expired catch)

11. Repeated steps 8 and 9
12 Logged out and started "ïncognito mode". Logged in in backend . Same as in steps 8 and 9.
13. Closed "ïncognito mode" and firefox. Opened again firefox and frontend looked as expected
14. Logged in in backend. Same as in step 8 and 9.
15. Checked hidden menu shows 1 item

I hope it will be possible to get this working because flexicontent seems to be the solution to migrate my Fabrikar based website to Joomla 4.

1. My developmentsite is om localhost, But I can send the backup that I created (size about 36.500 KB).
2, I see one Flexiconten hidden menu. That menu contains 1 item tat for me makes no sense
The item has values in these columns :
Status: "V"
