hello its a notice or a warning ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

$this->baseurl = isset($this->baseurl) ? $this->baseurl : JUri::base(true);

of file   JOOMLA_ROOT/components/com_flexicontent/views/fileselement/view.html.php
is not needed and should be removed (this is the fix, together with removing all following lines except the last one)
