Title field does not support filtering by title only (search only in title) in category view

Hello!
Strange things...
When I search using search module and use item title - all ok.
When I filtering using category view filter or module - FC displays only items which contains search word in description,
but not displays items with same title.
Is there setting for that, or this is a bug?

Also, there is no filtering setting for category-based views

That option makes little sense to have !
i mean by default the title is searched via the text search box
so displaying it as separate "filter" is little use

Yes! Of course! But filtering still does not displays items with search word in titles.

I disabled anв then enabled filtering for this field - just to get button "recreate the "Basic" search index".
No results.

inside same category , is the specific item is listed ?
maybe it is filtered out for some reason

e.g. it is assigned to a subcategory and sub-category items are configured to be not shown

It listed.only in parent category and don't listed in own category.
I didn.t set any filtering settings.
Filter does not use items Titles at all.
