Since we are unable to import the Custom <‌title‌> field (item Meta/SEO Tab) I am exploring other ideas.
I see people are using Joomla template overrides for com_content such as
$document->setTitle($this->params->get('page_heading'));
Would something like this work so we could display another Flexicontent field in the browser ?

yes you can duplicate a flexicontent template and edit item_html5.php in order to create your title code

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

it is best to implement columns for parameters
- once done this one parameter,
then adding more columns for parameters will be trivial

i ll add the column and implement storing of parameters to
it should half hour to add + half hour to test

Hello

will do the work to support adding parameters as import columns,
and then the first parameter to add will be the "Custom <title>" parameter
