Cannot remove label from voting

Cannot remove label from voting was created by exstreme

Turn off where can find in core field "Voting" Display label, disable Show vote counter, Show counter label, Show percentage, but in frontend see label "Average rating" - can I remove or change template of this field?
And didn't understand, how works property in Default rating and low-voting weights
Rating % - don't see any result or effect by changing values.

Hello

- you can CSS to hide and Joomla language overrides manager to modify its text

- about low voting ratings,

it is for item listings
e.g. why an item with only 1 vote of 100% should appear at top of the list of "Best voted" ?

having weights moves it down the list of "Best voted"
