Indexing error

Indexing error was created by mr.bacon
We just installed flexicontent and are trying to build indexes for the first time. No matter what index option we choose (basic or advanced), the process gets to 79.09% and dies with the following error:

INDEXER HALTED, due to server response:

That's it... no other message. I'm not really sure how to troubleshoot this... I've been poking around on the server (ubuntu 16.04) looking for a log file that might have some additional info, but so far have not found anything.

Interestingly, I can see that the index is picking up documents, so I know it is at least partially working. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Hello

If you examine the HTTP response in browser console then you should be able to see some error message,

if you do not know how to do the above then send me a PM with super admin login (and the website url too) to review this

I didn't see anything in the http response, but I found the following in the nginx log:

Code:

Hello

these notices are (temporary notices) from Field edit screen,
they do seem to be related to the search indexer

i think i will need access to review this

I can't give access to this box. Do you have any suggestions of what I can look at? Could this be a timeout issue in nginx? Or could we be running up agains the Maximum File Size from the FC config?

Hello

go to Joomla global configuration
and set error reporting to maximum
then retry indexing
