Hello and best wishes for the new year
Do you encounter a rights issue with flrxixontent and J3.6.5?
Yesterday with j3.6.4, I forbade in joomla then I allowed little by little in flexicontent.
Today, I have the impression that it is the opposite with j3.6.5 ... the rights attributed to my editors have jumped. It faded that I authorize with joomla then that I reduce the rights with Flexicontent and it becomes unmanageable ...
Thank you for sharing your comments ...

Hello

there is no bug for J3.6.5 + FC v3.1.1

but you may need to check and receive the ACL permissions of the component

- especially check the permissions that you have for the "Public" user group

You may also want to check permission on types and on top-level categories

Thanks for yout answer but ...
Here is the organizaton I have in joomla 3.6.4:
Rights to a group inherited from 'Main Account' registered with inherited groups.

Groups inherited from "Main Account" that can only write, delete, modify, ... only in the allowed categories. Users see only the categories in which they are allowed to create.

After the update in joomla 3.6.5, users no longer see the "create item" button. To see it, I must authorize creation, editing, deletion, ... but users see all the categories !!!

i created a new joomla 3.6.5 site with :
a parent GROUP with joomla permission to "Administrator Login" Allowed
and three childs group1, group2, group3 with joomla permission to "Administrator Login" Allowed (inherited)

GROUP is ok for special access.

In flexicontent permission, GROUP is "access administration Interface " Allowed

I created a parent category "GROUP" without specifications
and three category child with different permissions:
in category group1, only user group1 can create, delete, modify ...
in category group2, only user group2 can create, delete, modify ...
in category group3, only user group3 can create, delete, modify ...

with joomla 3.6.4, that's enough :
- user group1 can create, modify, delete, ... only in catgeory group1
- user group2 can create, modify, delete, ... only in catgeory group2
- user group3 can create, modify, delete, ... only in catgeory group3

But with 3.6.5, users can't create items.
If i give flexicontent permissions to create, delete, modify ... for user PUBLIC or user GROUP ... all users can create, modify, delete in every category (group1, group2, group3 )
I don't find any way ti continue like before ...
I don't know if it's a better explanation but if you've got an idea, i'll be happy ...
Thanks a lot
(i'll give you permissions in MP if ou want)
