hello

Joomla version : J3.2.3
FC version : RC V1876

I want to create a 'Categories' page.
I want to display no heading record and then 2 columns of articles summaries.

No image is displayed in the articles I need to add an image in the categories template. The image has no link (when clicking, I get only an image pop-up).

Same problem for the text.

I have searched in the menu parameters and in the category option.

What did I do wrong ?

an exemple of page :
parolevolee.com/

The page begin with a Carousel universal menu (3 last articles)
and after I want to get a 2 columns with summary of articles.

thank you for advices

best regards

Hello

i think you need to mention 1 more thing

you are using the category layout of FC "blog" template

right ??

Problem is this
-- you cannot set template layout parameters in menu items, and blog template has parameters

the answer is in our FAQ ;) , here it is:
How to set template parameters in menu items like "Multiple Categories", "My items" etc

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Yes it's a copy of the blog template.

I get a look to the FAQ multi category.

But I think I can use the unique category menu option.
In this case I get what's I need.
And in place of using multi category, it's easy to add a secondary category in the articles.

Hello

just a note:

adding the parameters of layout to Joomla menu clears them by J2.5+ before save validation (they do not exist in the XML file of the menu)

that is why they are missing
