(SOLVED) Wrong link for the favourite item

Hello, I'll start saying that I absolutely love FlexiContent. But I'm quite ignorant about this things so I'm having a few issues. One of this is about the favourites.
So, I created a menu item to show all the favourites, the page opens, I can see the articles listed and that's okay. Problem is that the link in the title works only when logged as super user; if I log in with a registered account It doesn't bring me to the article's page but to an error page (403)
The link looks like this: http://mysite/subdirectory/administrati ... id-article and I think the 'administration' part shouldn't be there but I don't understand where it comes from.
Any help?
Thank you in advance!

Hello

yes the SEF URL is wrong !!

1. do you have a
$live_site
in you configuration.php file please remove it and retry

2. you are using Joomla's built-in SEF right?

please backup your .htaccess file and test with the default htaccess.txt file from the Joomla ZIP package

hello
tks for your prompt reply!
Yes, I had the $live_site line, I deleted it and tried without but nothing changed.
I'm using MiJoSEF... could that be what's messing the URLs?
about the htaccess files, I just discovered that there are 3 of them! 1 is in the main directory and from what it's written inside I think it was automatically created by my web provider when I made the joomla installation the default view of the site, and the other 2 (with and without the txt extension) are in the subdirectory. Their content seems the same to me.
:? What do I do?

EDIT: I disabled MiJoSEF and the problem was still there but I noticed that the URL was different. In the place of the 'administration' part there was 'component/flexicontent'. And I don't know if it's important but I found weird that it's exactly the same with both user (super user and registered). the difference is only in the result: with the super user account it works well, while with the registered it gets me to the error page :?

Hello
please check the access level of the menu item and the access level of any parent menu items

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
