Hi,
my problem consists in the fact that after a certain number of page views (FLEXIContent » Categories) images (thumbs) disappear, but appears only like a link (image_alt).
This happens when I am using Firefox but not with IE, Chrome or Opera. After delete cache (in browser, firefox) everything is OK again, but after a certain number of page views (10-15)problem begins again.

The items pages seem good and problem persist only with thumbs.

FLEXIcontent version 2.0.2 r1680

Best regards,
Sasa

hello
who is your template ? and what is your configuration ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello,
nothing changed in this area for quite some time (i mean the phpthumb URL used to create the image)

- it must be a firefox or phpthumb bug combined with firefox/phpThumb version and/or with JPEG original file and/or with watermark,

- when doing a "image information" on the image firefox reports ZERO size, if i click CTRL-F5 to force re-downloading the page, then i always get the images displayed

Hello,

thanks for your post.
Today I tried to open site on Chrome and noted also there are a similar problem. Using the "inspect element" For failing thumb I received a message "500 internal server error"
Today I changed the version php5.2.17 on php5.3.13 but nothing changed.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hello,
"internal server error" ?

this is good, because you can look at Web server (apache ??) error log,

- goto CPANEL and at "analysis &log" Group of icons, click "error log"
- if the above is not available or the "error log" appears empty then contact your Web Host provider Support
