Editing/Adding on the back end works fine.

When editing an item on the front end, the Save & Return does nothing. No error message it just doesn't seem to work.

I am logged into the front end as the Super Admin - and was the author of the item.

Any idea where I could look to resolve this?

Thank you.

Other info. - the url generated for the edit is:

sorry but witch version of FC ? ;)

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

If it does nothing then the (javascript) validation testing fails with an error.

1. Can you check for a javascript error ?

2. Do you have a Joomla Frontend Template override of the item edit form?
-- If you do not know what this is you probably do not have
-- To check if you have a template override check if this file exists:
templates/yourJoomlaTemplate/html/com_flexicontent/item/form.php

Got it!

I installed the module: mod_flexitree_menu from NetAssoPro.com

I unpublished the module and updates are working.

I also found this module didn't work in MS IE and it stopped an YooTheme Widget Kit Map(published within a FC item). Must contain malformed javascript.

Thank you for suggesting a javascript error - that was the clue to look at mod_flexitree_menu as the culprit.

All is well - thanks for the clues/questions!

Maybe module loads jquery twice
or there is other conflict,

maybe you should report the javascript error message to the developer

Regards
