Joomla Backend - Create links for Flexicontent

Hi everybody,

In a site, I have 2 contents type.

I would like to create "direct link" in the Joomla Dashboard (using a custom module).
In my module, i would like to have 2 buttons (image or text, whatever) with
- Create a new content of type 1
- Create a new content of type 2

My question is : what is the link to use for this, or how to construct it ?

I could also add to this question : can i add in the link some parameters (for example to set a category) ?

My question is more : how can I do this by myself with a custom module, not how to install your module

This is not what I'm searching

If I have to install your module to get the url each time I need a link, this is not very handfull..

So, my question is : how to find or construct the link ?
