Complete Description's items in Blog or Presentation view/template

Hello.
I test many options but all my descriptions are truncated. I see the FLEXI_CUT_INTRO option but, whatever I write over 145, only the 145 characters are displayed.
Even I put No to the option above, OK the value from FLEXI_CUT_INTRO is unnecessary, but my descriptions are only 145 characters long.

In the code, I see that $item->fields->display only contains the 145 first characters.

I see the options, but I cannot use them : so how is it possible to display the whole description of each item in Blog or Presentation view/template ?

are you using the a copy of our "blog" category layout ?

The trimming parameters configuration exists 2 times
- once for the "leading" items list and once for the "intro" list

are you changing for the intro instead of the leading ?
