Hello,

I successfully added the FC Google map module with some markers added via the International address field...
The Google map shows up it's nice but... I did not see anywhere (FAQ, documentation, parameters...) an option to show filters or search input next to the Google Map on the frontend to filter the markers displayed.

Can you help me please?

Hello

what is possible is shown in the interface itself

Inside module's configuration (first TAB "Module")
Select option "Current category"

and module will show items according to filters of current view (category, multi-category, myitems, favourites(category based), tagged(category based))

For getting all items, you can
1. create a menu item and set a-per page limit to e.g. 300
2. if you do not want to show all 300 items, duplicate e.g. "default" template, and edit its "category_items(_html5).php" to remove the code that displays the items

Hello,

When I put option "Current category" in the module configuration, the map is not displayed at all in the frontend.

Any reason why?

Because the current mode use displayed item for Dynamic filtering without performance problème
If you want all items you need to display all or use georgios tips

Alright.
The menu item I was using to display the module was pointing to an article.
I changed it to a FLEXIcontent category (with module added in template) and now the map is displayed.

Now how can I bind the custom fields of a type to a category?
LIke I have a "Structure" type (with fields in it) and a "Structure" category.

I would like to use the fields of my "Structure" type in the filters for the Google Map module.

In the screenshot on the right I can't load filters.
