File field - as a custom column in backend items manager, Download button does not work

Joomla 3.8.11
FlexiContent: 3.2.1.14

The download button does not work, nothing happens, tried it under Linux on Chrome and Firefox.  If I try on  old posts, before the latest update, I can download.

and we fixed the download link creation, when the file field is displayed in backend

I remember that there was a problem when trying to download a file already present in the download directory.  Instead of prompting to overwrite or to rename the file, nothing would happen.

This seems to be a different problem.

OK I was able to replicate and I have more info.

Fresh install of Joomla 3.8.12 and FlexiContent 3.2.1.14

Fill the form with a file, item is in backend with the download link.  Download link does not work, the page refresh, nothing happens.  Fill the form a second time with a file.  Same result but the download link of the previous item now works.

So, for a reason that I can't explain, only the download link of the last entry does not work.
