Relation to another field

Hi,
sorry, but I dont understand the relation fields in the right way.
I have a field "postcode". At the end of a post, all itemss with the same postcode should be listed.
Can I solve this with the relation fields (how does it work) or is there a better way?

no the relation field is relation between to item
ex : album and group

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
