insert a field anywhere

hello, 

I try to insert a field like <?php echo $item->fields["nom"]->display; ?>
into any content ( for example the description ) but not in the template
I can not solve it 
Tried it with Jumi, php direct, sourcerer and it never works
when I insert it in the template, it works

Did someone there have already successed in that issue?

This plugin contains the Pro features of flexicontent: expiration notifications, content replacements, etc.

As we already say we want to publish a 3.3 withoout anybugs and after we open pro subscription ... we can do a good job if we try to mix it
