More items by similar tags?

Hello!
For example we have tag page for tag BWM.
This page have only 3 items.
It's too little.
I thinking about how I can add more items on this page.
It should be something like this: Module with title "See also similar items".
But what connection can there be between this module and the page?

FC Content module does not have any conditions for tag page.

My mind - it should have ability to display items for other tags that contains items on the page.

So, we have 3 items.
1'st item have tags BMW, Black, Fast
2'nd item have tags BMW, Red, Comfort
3'd item have tags BMW, Blue, Cheap

We need to display in module other items with tags Black, Red, Blue, Fast, Cheap, Comfort.



Hope your understand my idea.

But may be we can it in other way?
