Is it possible to use flexcontent to make list of users ?

and also link
- to their profiles ?
- to their "authored / owned" items ?

both of the above ?

in fact i want to delegate the management of users in a specific group but the admin interface is too much complicated for the this use and i wonder if somehow, it was possible to use flexicontent to make this management easier and the first step is to make a list and if possible to be albe to modify the item/.
it was something i could do easily under Drupal with a view; under Joomla i don't know how to do that without to have to give the admin interface too much complicated

if you want management of users in frontend then you should look for a specific Joomla extension doing management of user in frontend

yes but I was looking for something simpler and thought maybe we could use some field to make lists

- adding item
- modifie item
- modify module
- modify menu
