Adding a photo

HI. First of all, I want to express my gratitude for your component.
I have two questions about adding and sorting photos.

1. Add photos to the gallery

To add photos to the gallery, I need to do the following steps:
a) open the loader
b) open the tab (download)
c) transfer photos to the window
d) press the button (start downloading)
I think it would be easier if the loader window was open always and outside it would be possible to transfer photos in one motion.

2. Thumbnail size of photos in admin zone

Sketches of photos are square and trimmed. And I can not understand which photos (horizontal or vertical). I need this for the correct sorting

the image field can display the uploader inside every value !

when value is empty the uploade is display by default, and you can select image and uploader autostarts
so it is 1 step process

2. Thumbnail size of photos in admin zone

you mean display in an items manager column (we can have custom field columns) or in filemanager ?

the scale / crop parameter is when field is viewed

when field is editted the preview thubms are "cropped"
- and currently no option for changing this behaviour,

if we use scale and they will become much smaller, because the viewbox of every image value will not change
