Hide Secondary Categories

Hi Everybody...

is it possible to hide secondary categories (both in Back and Front) inside Assignments Tab.. ??

I managed to disabled or remove it from TAB but cannot managed to totally hide it...

you can do it by ACL or css

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

you can do it by ACL, better not use CSS

Go to component permission
- find the usergroup that must not be allowed to select secondary categories

and for this User group deny the "Assign multiple categories to items" privilege
(set to "Deny")

then if an item does not have secondary categories then the selector will also be hidden

I tried with ACL but nothing happened ...

I went to Component -> Configuration -> Permissions -> Registered
I found ACTION Categories (Item edit Form): Assign multiple categories to items SET to DENIED

but still appeared as you can see in the image...

in frontend it should be changed and be hidden

that is frontend form screenshot right ?
