Related Dropdowns

Hello Friends,
How can I have related dropdowns?

I want to have 2 dropdowns:
Dropdown1: (with options: MOUNTAIN, SEA, LAKE) and
Dropdown 2(with options MOUNTAIN cities, SEA cities, LAKE cities)
When i select (from Dropdown1) option: MOUNTAIN, I wand in Dropdown 2 to have a list of ONLY MOUNTAIN cities
When i select (from Dropdown1) option: SEA, I wand in Dropdown 2 to have a list of ONLY SEA cities
When i select (from Dropdown1) option: LAKE, I wand in Dropdown 2 to have a list of ONLY LAKE cities

It does not work for me.
What i do is:
I create a field with lable: City Type
Field Type: Select
Basic tab; Types: Article
FIELD TYPE specific configuration
Values: Use field in a group: YES

Cascade after master; NO

THEN I CREATE NEW FIELD with field lable: Cities Field:
Field type: SELECT
Basic tab; Types: Article
